A decision of the Court of Appeal of the Canton of Zurich (1st civil divsion) dated October 9, 2013, as to the interpretation of an arbitration agreement based on the principle of good faith has been declared partially invalid by the Swiss Federal Supreme Court and reverted for reconsideration by the court of lower instance.
